They have better DPads (no analog sticks) and 6 buttons on front (not counting the nongameplay buttons). The two main big arcade sticks are cool, but yeah. expensive do not have fun with the game every day (i always did back into the early nineties).

I enjoy the 360 controllers overall, although i wish they were better for fighting games. I'm able to stand the four buttons on front (though I'm keen on six), but that Dpad is horrible for some fighting games and then the analog is useless too. Next gen systems will have the ability to the motion sensors, outside doubt much thought goes into increasing the Dpad.
